We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and we were particularly impressed with the spacious bathroom and facilities provided, such as the free soap, shampoo and conditioner, and complimentary water bottle. The hotel staff were also extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Great location close to restaurants and Christmas markets. Very friendly staff and comfortable bedding that made our stay all the more enjoyable. The room was equipped with cable TV channels and complimentary toiletries that were replenished daily.

The cleaning service was not reliable and the lack of attention to detail was evident in the dust and grime that could be seen in the corners of the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was not up to par with undercooked eggs and stale bread.

The hotel had a great location, just a few minutes walk from the main shopping street. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, with a TV and air conditioning that worked perfectly. Another great aspect was the free breakfast, which was delicious and had a good variety of options.

The Wi-Fi connection, which was a bit slow and occasionally disconnected. However, this was a minor issue and didn't affect our overall experience.

During our stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's location, which provided easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and tidy, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean with a consistent supply of hot water. We were impressed with the kind and helpful staff, who made every effort to accommodate our needs. Further, the complimentary breakfast was delightful, with a variety of delicious options to start the day.

Although the hotel's interior was well-maintained, the exteriors need a bit more attention.
